The apartment Jacaranda is located in the heart of Playa de las Americas in a very central location. All shops, supermarkets, restaurants and bars are within easy walking distance. The apartment offers a beautiful view of the sea. On a clear day, you can see the neighbouring island of La Gomera. Internet is available free of charge via Wi-Fi.

The fully equipped kitchen has an electric cooker, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, fridge-freezer, toaster and coffee machine.

The cosy living room has a flat-screen TV with satellite channels.

There is also a washing machine and iron.
A cosy seating area invites you to enjoy meals together.

The pool area is located almost directly below the flat.

Location information: The Jacaranda apartment is located in the south of Tenerife, in the heart of Playa de las Américas, just two minutes from the beach and water sports facilities. It is a beautiful place with an average annual temperature of 29ºC, ideal for beach holidays and relaxation.

It is 18 km from Tenerife South Airport and 1 km from Las Américas golf course. The apartment is located in a quiet and family-friendly complex that is ideal for a beach holiday and has a fantastic view of the sea. The neighbouring island of La Gomera is also sometimes very clearly visible. The beach is just a few steps away.

Playa de las Américas is the main tourist resort on Tenerife. The town, which has grown considerably, is a coastal resort designed as a holiday destination and belongs administratively to the municipality of Arona. The town is located in the south-west of the island and, with its sheltered bathing bays, is an ideal holiday destination for bathers, beach tourists, sports enthusiasts and active holidaymakers of all kinds. However, it is also an ideal place to relax for people who want to see and experience something despite the tranquillity.

Playa de las Américas, together with the seamlessly adjacent towns of Los Cristianos, Playa de Fañabé, La Caleta and Costa Adeje, forms one of the most important tourist centres in Spain.
