Location
Orbanići. The villa is located on a farm, on a 350 sq m enclosed garden plot with flowers and trees, bounded by a fence, a hedge and a wall. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking (for 3 cars) on the property. There is a charging station for electric cars on the property and in the village (5 m).

Air conditioning, electric heating, underfloor heating. Children’s toys, cot, high chair, internet access (Wi-Fi), safe, PlayStation, iron, ironing board, washing machine, tumble dryer and drinking water dispenser. The accommodation is furnished to be allergy-friendly.
For your safety, the accommodation is equipped with an alarm system, CO2 detector, smoke detector, fire extinguisher and first aid kit. The final cleaning is carried out by a professional company. Regional health guidelines are observed.

All pools are available for your exclusive use. Outdoor pool (in operation from early April to early November, heatable, 5 m x 10 m, 1.4 m deep).

Kitchen (walk-through room) with dining area (10 seats), electric cooker (4 hobs), oven, extractor hood, dishwasher, refrigerator (freezer compartment), microwave, coffee machine, electric kettle, and access to the terrace. Bathroom with shower, WC, bidet, and window. Separate WC with WC.
1st floor: Lounge with 2 extra beds on folding bed and 1 cot. Bedroom with 2 single beds and access to the balcony. 2 bedrooms each with 1 double bed (queen size) and access to the balcony. All windows and external doors are fitted with insect screens. Bathroom with shower and WC. 2 bathrooms each with shower, WC, and window.
