Parking is available on the street and in a shared garage. One pet is welcome. Parties are not allowed. A shared bike storage room is provided.



This peaceful studio is in a private residence with digicode access after 8 p.m. The apartment was fully renovated in 2025 and features a jet shower. Please note, Wi-Fi is not available in the apartment, but free public access is offered on the square 50 meters away.
