Located in Estepona right on the beachfront with a communal pool, this 230 m² holiday home accommodates up to 8 guests. It features 4 bedrooms (3 upstairs, 1 in the basement), 2 full bathrooms on the upper floor, a guest toilet on the ground floor, and a bathroom with shower in the basement.



On the ground floor, after the entrance hall, you'll find a spacious open kitchen connected to the living room, with access to a large terrace where you can enjoy evenings overlooking the sea and communal gardens.



Stairs from the living room lead to the basement, which offers the fourth bedroom, a second lounge with reading and games area, and a bathroom with shower and sink.



The house provides all comforts, including air conditioning, a fully equipped kitchen with various coffee makers, and a laundry area with washer and dryer.



For families with children, a high chair and travel cot are available. Self check-in is offered for your convenience.



The townhouse is beachfront with direct access to the sea. There is a private parking space in front of the house and additional parking nearby.



Events are not permitted.



The property is spread over three floors: ground, upper, and basement. The fourth bedroom is in the basement, with a small window (no view) and less ventilation than the upstairs bedrooms. The basement also has a second lounge with sofa, books, and TV, and a bathroom with sink and shower (no toilet).



If you wish to check out later, please contact the host via the booking platform's messaging system. If there are no new guests arriving the next day, a late check-out may be possible.
