The “Kiekut” vacation apartment (E3) offers a bright and spacious atmosphere with two balconies and direct proximity to the sea. The apartment is 60 square meters and can accommodate up to five guests in two bedrooms. Enjoy the view of the sea, just 50 meters away, while you eat breakfast or drink your first cup of coffee on the sunny balcony. The light-flooded apartment invites you to relax, and the fully equipped kitchen gives you the opportunity to prepare local specialties yourself. The adjoining dining area provides space for convivial evenings. A second balcony enjoys sunshine from midday until evening and also overlooks the sea. In addition to the “master bedroom” with a large double bed (200x200cm), the bedroom upstairs has three single beds (90x200cm). The fully equipped shower room provides relaxation after a warm summer day. The grounds of the complex invite you to let off steam on the large soccer field or volleyball court. In addition to a children's playground, there is also a barbecue area. On the beach right outside the door, you can swim, surf, try stand-up paddleboarding, and play beach volleyball. During the high season, the beach is supervised by the DLRG (German Life Saving Association) and there is a swimming island in the water. As a special extra, you can use your own beach chair free of charge during the season. A private parking space is reserved for your car, and you can store your bicycles in the lockable bicycle room, which also offers charging facilities for your e-bikes. If the weather is not so good, you can use the swimming pool at the complex during the summer months. The recreation room has a table tennis table and a foosball table. A sauna, infrared cabin, washing machine, and dryer are available for a fee. All of these are for shared use. The vacation apartment is located directly on the Baltic Sea beach in Kronsgaard, north of the Schlei between Kappeln and Gelting, in the Godewind apartment complex with only 25 vacation apartments and a large communal garden. The beautiful sandy beach, one of the most beautiful beaches on the Angeliter coast, is located directly in front of the apartment complex. Only 50 meters from the house! Between the house and the fine sandy natural beach is a quiet road and the Baltic Sea coastal cycle path from Lübeck to Flensburg. This means you can easily reach the large Geltinger Birk nature reserve or the small idyllic harbor town of Maasholm on the Schlei by bike. The area is ideal for cycling and hiking. Kappeln, with all its shopping facilities, pharmacies, and doctors, can be reached by car in just under 15 minutes. There are surfing and sailing schools in the immediate vicinity (Maasholm and Wackerballig). Possible excursions include a visit to the castle in Glücksburg, a visit to the “Tolk-Schau” amusement park, or a visit to Arnis, “the smallest town in Germany.”
