One is equipped with a double bed and air conditioning, while the other features a single bed and an additional pull-out bed (80 × 200 cm) for one person. A bathroom with shower is also available on this level. This floor also includes a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, a living room with air conditioning and access to a balcony furnished with outdoor seating.
