The 42 sqm holiday apartment is on the ground floor and features a separate bedroom with double bed, a living area with kitchenette, bathroom with shower and toilet, and a terrace. Amenities include bed linen, heating, non-smoking interior, smoke detector, safe, lake view, terrace, and Wi-Fi. The bathroom has a shower, toilet, and hairdryer. The kitchen is equipped with oven, stove, fridge, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, coffee and tea facilities, and a dining area. Entertainment includes CD player, radio, satellite TV, and TV.

Our guesthouse, built in 1991, is located in the peaceful resort town of Uhldingen-Mühlhofen, directly opposite the famous pile dwellings. The Lake Constance shore is just 50 meters away, perfect for swimming, sailing, surfing, or canoeing. There is a launch site for surfers, canoes, and inflatable boats. Enjoy sunny living with wonderful lake views, right next to the pile dwellings. Uhldingen-Mühlhofen lies between Überlingen and Meersburg, one of Lake Constance’s most beautiful stretches. Beach, harbor, promenade, restaurants, and shops are nearby. The train station is 2 km away in Oberuhldingen. Our guesthouse is an ideal base for hiking and cycling, with the Lake Constance cycle path passing directly by. The flower island of Mainau is just across the lake and can be reached by boat in minutes.
