Bright and cosy 25 m² apartment for up to 5 guests in the Alphératz residence, Quartier du Soleil. Enjoy a private balcony with a table and two chairs, perfect for admiring the stunning mountain views. A free shuttle stops right outside and serves the entire resort. The Super Vénosc cable car is just 80 m away. Please note, there is no dedicated parking space and resort parking is paid. The apartment features a mountain-style sleeping area at the entrance with a single sofa bed and a bunk bed for two, plus a bathroom and separate WC. The open-plan kitchen and living room include a sofa bed for two. Amenities: dishwasher, oven, microwave, TV, induction hob, fridge, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, raclette grill, waffle maker, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, washing machine. Bed linen and towels are not provided but can be rented on request. Final cleaning must be done by you, with an optional cleaning service available for an extra fee. A security deposit is required. Please request linen or cleaning services at least 2 weeks before arrival. Non-smoking apartment. No pets allowed.
