The apartment is located in the residential area of Badesi, in a quiet and scenic setting just minutes from the town center and about 2 km from the sea.



This spacious penthouse, equipped with every comfort, is set in a peaceful building with several units and offers stunning views of the sea and Mediterranean landscape. It features two bedrooms—one double and one with two single beds—a large, bright air-conditioned living area with a kitchenette that opens onto a spacious covered terrace with sea view. The bathroom includes a shower, toilet, bidet, and sink.



The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, toaster, American coffee maker, espresso machine with capsules, and moka pot. Outside, guests have access to a large private parking area in front of the house and a garden filled with flowers and typical Mediterranean plants.



The penthouse, finished with attention to detail, is in the most peaceful and privileged area of the town, just minutes from restaurants, bars, supermarkets, bank, post office, and pharmacy. Badesi beach, with its 11 km of golden sand—one of the longest on the coast—is about 2 km away and easily reachable by shuttle, which runs every half hour during the summer.



Surrounded by Mediterranean greenery, Badesi is on Sardinia’s northwest coast between Castelsardo and Santa Teresa di Gallura, marking the border between Anglona and Gallura.
