The 50 m² apartment is located on the third floor of a building with an elevator and was last renovated in 2025. The modernized furnishings ensure a contemporary living environment with a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. The accommodation is suitable for up to four people and warmly welcomes couples as well as families with children. Pets are also allowed (maximum one animal), so you can easily bring your four-legged family member along.
The bright, centrally located living area features a comfortable sofa, armchairs, a dining table, and a television (35-44 inches, cable connection, international channels, digital reception). Wi-Fi and digital TV provide modern entertainment and added convenience. Privacy screens on all windows and a full-length mirror in the bedroom enhance comfort. The fully equipped, enclosed kitchen leaves nothing to be desired: a modern, electric four-burner stove, oven, refrigerator with integrated freezer, espresso machine, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, blender, and a generous selection of dishes, cutlery, and kitchen utensils are all at your disposal.
