The holiday home is a terraced house, functional and furnished in the typical local style. The property is located in a residence. Available for use: terrace and garden furniture. +++ Light WI-FI (no streaming no download) available on request (not included in the price). FOR ARRIVALS ON 20.05.2026 and 21.05.2026 and 22.05.2026 and 23.05.2026, the deposit is 800 euros, which must be paid on site. Location
Lignano Sabbiadoro. The holiday home is located in a residence, on an enclosed garden plot, bordered by a fence. In a beautiful residential area between Lignano Sabbiadoro and Pineta, there are the terraced villas, which are about 1km away from the beach and the town centre of Sabbiadoro. Parking (for 1 car) on the property and the street in front of the house. The covered parking in the basement of the house is suitable for two smaller cars or one larger car. Further parking is available on the public street.

For your safety, the accommodation is equipped with a CO2 detector and fire extinguisher.


Pool
All pools are available for shared use. Outdoor pool (operational from mid-May to mid-September). Depending on weather conditions, the pool is open from mid-May to mid-September.
