Thanks to its elevated position, the villa enjoys natural ventilation and a cooler microclimate than the coast. The beach is just 800 meters away, easily reached on foot, and the impressive Valley of the Temples and Villaggio Mosè—with shopping centers and supermarkets—are only a short drive.

The villa features a large, flower-filled garden for relaxing in privacy. The spacious, naturally cool porch is perfect for outdoor dining, even on the hottest summer days. For extra comfort, the house has air conditioning, but you’ll also enjoy a natural coolness rarely found in Sicily.



Comfort and relaxation



Inside, there’s a cozy living room with stereo and TV, and a kitchen with dining area. The villa offers two bedrooms: one double with en-suite bathroom, and a second with a single bed, a lofted double bed, and a second bathroom. For your convenience, there’s an outdoor shower with hot water, perfect after a day at the beach. The porch includes children’s games, like a trampoline, for kids’ fun under adult supervision.
