This 100 m² holiday home in Lembruch welcomes up to 6 guests with 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The fully equipped kitchen features high-quality appliances, a coffee machine with ground coffee and filters, and a dishwasher. High-speed Wi-Fi is ideal for video calls, and there’s a TV, washing machine, dryer, and a workspace. Families will find a baby cot, high chair, and shared toys and books for children. The house is accessible and step-free inside.



Relax in the private garden with mature trees, your own terrace, and a barbecue (provided on request). The garden is safe for children and pets, though the front is not fenced. You’re just steps from Lake Dümmer, with swimming spots, boat rentals, restaurants, and cafés nearby.



A shared parking space for one car is available on site, and public transport is easily accessible. Up to three pets are welcome. Smoking is allowed on the property. Events are not permitted. Shops, a bakery, and restaurants are within walking distance. A tennis court is about a 15-minute walk away.
