The covered balcony is equipped with a small seating and dining area and offers an impressive side view of the sea, the beach, and the Flensburg Fjord. The booking price includes the use of a designated parking space.

Access to the communal laundry room is located near the covered parking spaces on the ground floor. There you can use the washing machine and dryer, and there is also a storage room for bicycles.
