The bright living room with air conditioning, comfortable sofa, smart TV, and direct access to the terrace flows into the open dining area and fully equipped kitchen. Fiber-optic internet ensures excellent connectivity during your stay. There is a guest WC on the ground floor.



Upstairs, you’ll find three bedrooms with ample storage and comfortable double beds (180×200 cm, 160×200 cm, 140×200 cm), as well as a bathroom with shower-tub, WC, bidet, and sink. Each bedroom has both air conditioning and a ceiling fan. A washing machine is available in the basement.



The spacious terrace and uniquely shaped pool are the heart of the house – enjoy sun, shaded spots, loungers, garden furniture, and sweeping sea views. In winter, central heating keeps you cozy. A parking space is right by the house.



Shops, supermarkets, pharmacy, restaurants, bus stop, hairdresser, and the weekly market (Mondays) are about 1.5 km away. Baviera Golf Course is 10 minutes away, and the sea is just 500 m away.
