Villa Noela is a spacious 230 m² holiday home for up to 6 guests, located in the charming village of Rakalj, a peaceful coastal settlement known for its unspoiled nature and traditional Istrian charm. The vibrant city of Pula, famous for its Roman amphitheater and lively atmosphere, is about 25 km away. The land covers an area of 1,500 square meters.



The villa features a 34 m² private pool with a sun terrace equipped with six sun loungers and two parasols, perfect for relaxing summer days. Next to the pool, there is a small traditional konoba with a charcoal grill, a fully equipped outdoor kitchen, table tennis, and table football, making it ideal for both summer and off-season stays — the area can be fully enclosed for comfort in cooler months.



Inside, the villa offers three comfortable bedrooms, all located on the first floor, each with a double bed, as well as three modern bathrooms with showers. There is also a guest toilet indoors and an additional outdoor toilet for convenience.

Guests can enjoy a variety of leisure activities, including board games, darts, and a children’s playground. The nearest beach is 2.5 km away, while restaurants and supermarkets can be found within 1 km of the property.
