There are 2 shared parking spaces at the house and additional street parking. Events are not permitted. The property is non-smoking. Upon leaving, please close all windows and, if necessary, turn down the heating. At check-out, please wash the dishes or empty the dishwasher and put away the clean dishes—this is not included in the final cleaning.



The apartment is located by the Diemelsee nature reserve on the edge of Brilon-Madfeld, in a very quiet area perfect for relaxation. The surroundings are ideal for hikers, nature lovers, and motorcyclists. In Madfeld you will find an indoor pool, butcher, small supermarket, ATM, and petrol station. Public transport is available in the village. For bikers, a special service with food and drinks is offered for an extra charge if you contact us in advance of your arrival.
