The Hockeck ski area is only 5 minutes away, Sudelfeld 15 minutes, and swimming spots are nearby. Washing machine and dryer are available for an extra charge.



A shared outdoor parking space and a garage parking space are provided for your vehicle. There is a communal bike cellar, ski room, and 3 bicycles for your use. An electric vehicle charging station is available, and public transport is easily accessible. Please note that parties and smoking are not permitted in the property.
