Located in Théoule sur Mer, this bright 60 m² apartment accommodates up to 6 guests with a sofa bed in the living room and 2 bedrooms: one with a double bed, the other with bunk beds. You have a bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi, and a TV.



The south-facing terrace, accessible from the living room, is perfect for enjoying the sun. The double bedroom opens onto a north-facing terrace, offering a quieter space. The beach is just across from the property. Shops and restaurants are within walking distance.



Your pet is welcome. Bed linen and towels are provided, with laundry service available for an extra fee. Please specify your preferred bed setup and if you’re bringing a pet when booking so the relevant conditions can be confirmed. Parties are not allowed.



Street parking is available, free part of the year and for an extra fee from April to June. No private parking is available on site.
