Within minutes on foot, you'll reach Tanchet Beach and its charming seaside restaurants. The lively center of Les Sables d’Olonne is also nearby, ideal for strolling, shopping, or savoring fresh seafood.



A 10-minute drive takes you to the beautiful Veillon Beach, a UNESCO-listed site, as well as Bourgenay port with its golf course and excellent restaurants.



The apartment is located on the Ironman course and directly faces the legendary Vendée Globe starting point—an exceptional spot for sports fans and event enthusiasts.
