Welcome to Apartment “Estaño” – your tranquil retreat with sea views in Caleta de Vélez. Located on the garden level of an elegant villa with a spacious garden and private saltwater pool, you’ll enjoy the sunny Costa del Sol just 30 km east of Málaga, away from the crowds but with excellent amenities within walking distance.



The pool is for your exclusive use and invites you to swim, sunbathe, and relax. Sun loungers, cushions, and umbrellas are provided. From the large breakfast terrace, you can take in views of the sea and the Bay of Torre del Mar – the perfect spot for morning coffee in the breeze or warm summer evenings with a glass of wine.



The bright living room with open-plan kitchen gives direct access to the terrace. The well-equipped kitchen includes a two-burner stove, electric grill, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, plenty of dishes, and a beach cooler. Satellite TV with German channels is available.



A bright hallway leads to two bedrooms and the bathroom. Bedroom 1 has a double bed (160 × 200 cm) and is open to the hallway. Bedroom 2 features two single beds and direct access to the terrace. Both rooms have insect screens. The modern bathroom has a shower, sink, and toilet. Iron and ironing board are provided.



The beach is about a 10-minute walk away, with supermarkets, restaurants, pharmacy, banks, and the Saturday market for fresh produce and local specialties just 800 m away. Baviera Golf Course is a 5-minute drive.
