The house is on one level and features a living room, dining room (with air conditioning), one bathroom, one guest toilet, two bedrooms (each with air conditioning), and a kitchen (with dishwasher).
There is ample parking on the property; Wi-Fi is available for guests.
The Neighborhood:
Several good restaurants are within walking distance, and a supermarket and beaches are a 5-10 minute drive away.
Other Things to Note:
A small dog up to 10 kg (over one year old) is welcome upon request.
