Pets are not permitted, and events or parties are prohibited. You must respect quiet hours from 10 pm onwards, and smoking inside the apartment is not allowed.



The apartment is situated on the third floor without an elevator, making it unsuitable for guests with reduced mobility. You will find yourself just minutes walking from the waterfront promenade, harbor, restaurants, cafes, shops, supermarkets, and beach. This charming coastal town offers excellent opportunities for diving, dolphin watching boat trips, local markets, harbor walks, quiet beaches, and hiking at the famous Montaña Amarilla for snorkeling adventures. A cleaning service is available for an extra fee.
