The flat is perfect for couples, families with one older child or two younger children.
A total of approx. 54 m² of living space is divided into a hallway, a small living room with a television and a 1.60 m wide sofa bed for the 3rd and 4th person, an integrated, open-plan, perfectly equipped kitchen and a tasteful bedroom with a double bed (box spring bed) and a second television. The apartment also has a spacious bathroom with an infrared cabin for 2 people and a washing machine. The living room and bedroom provide access to the 123 m² roof terrace, which offers breathtaking views. The roof terrace is, of course, equipped with garden furniture.
All windows in the property are triple-glazed.
You can store skis, ski boots, sledges and, if necessary, bicycles in the cellar room belonging to the flat. For the latter, there is also a lockable bicycle shed in front of the house.

This comfortable holiday apartment comes with a free parking space, which is located behind the building. Guests will receive detailed instructions upon arrival. Vehicles may stop briefly in front of the building to unload luggage.
