Situated on the top floor of a 9-story building, the elevator reaches the eighth floor, with one flight of stairs to the apartment. The 30 m² studio offers panoramic views of the Duomo, Sforza Castle, Arco della Pace, Torre Velasca, and the Porta Nuova skyscrapers.



Recently renovated, the apartment features a spacious, bright room with a queen-size bed (160x200), wardrobe, fully equipped open kitchen, table suitable as a workspace, and bookshelf. The bathroom has a large shower. The apartment accommodates up to 2 guests and includes a private balcony and shared garden area. Additional amenities: TV, washing machine, washer-dryer, air conditioning, induction cooktop, and electric oven.



The parquet floor requires you to remove your shoes before entering. Pets, smoking, and parties are not allowed.



The apartment offers self check-in, Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, and a baby cot is available on request. Note there is one flight of stairs not served by the elevator; interiors are step-free. Metro and public transport are within easy reach. Street parking is available; a garage is available for an extra fee a few minutes away. Tennis court and swimming pool are about 15 minutes’ walk. Events and parties are not permitted.
