On the ground floor, the house offers 60 m² of comfortable, tastefully decorated living space. Provençal décor, fireplace in the living room, TV, DVD player, kitchen area, two bedrooms:

- Bedroom 1: one 160x200 cm bed

- Bedroom 2: two 90x190 cm beds

- Bathroom with large shower, separate toilet.



Shaded terrace, barbecue, garden furniture, sun loungers—perfect for reading, relaxing, or listening to the cicadas. Partially fenced 600 m² garden with olive and cherry trees. Closed garage for car and bikes.



The house is close to the village, with views of the village and Mont Ventoux.



Just 50 meters away, a large shared heated saltwater pool (7 x 14 m) with sun loungers awaits you. The pool area features lawn, pines, olive trees, and lavender, offering beautiful views of Mont Ventoux and Crillon le Brave. The pool is fenced and access is secure. Opening hours: 10 a.m. to 8 p.m.



Electricity is included up to 8 kWh per day; additional usage is available for an extra charge. Included: bed linen, towels, pool towels, kitchen towels, and final cleaning.



Private pétanque court at the back of the house (boules provided).



In the village: organic bakery, several restaurants, a spa, a small farmers’ market on Saturday mornings. Supermarket 2 km away with electric car charging stations.
