Welcome to the Gute Laune holiday apartment – a place where your holiday lives up to its name. As soon as you enter the apartment, you will feel the special atmosphere: tranquillity, panoramic views and a sense of arrival.

The flat is located on an exclusive hillside at the end of a cul-de-sac. There is no through traffic here, just you, nature and the impressive backdrop of the Berchtesgaden Alps.
From the terrace or directly from the living room, a breathtaking panorama opens up: Watzmann, Kehlsteinhaus, Hohes Brett and Jenner – a view that makes every day unique.

Inside, bright, spacious rooms await you. The living room with bay window invites you to linger – on the comfortable sofa, at the large dining table or in the recliner, which is perfect for putting your feet up. This is the perfect place for cosy evenings with a glass of wine or relaxing in front of the television.
The modern kitchen is fully equipped, so you will find everything you need to prepare a delicious breakfast, a relaxed dinner or a festive menu.

Two bedrooms with comfortable double beds measuring 180x200 and 140x200 ensure you enjoy restful nights. A particularly nice feature: one of the two bedrooms opens directly onto the west-facing terrace, where you can enjoy the evening sun.

The large bathroom with underfloor heating, walk-in shower and high-quality fittings ensures moments of wellness in everyday life. A guest WC is also available.

A special highlight are the two spacious terraces with a total area of 33 m²: the south-east terrace for sunny breakfasts with mountain views, and the west terrace for relaxing evenings. This allows you to enjoy the sun and nature throughout the day.

For even more convenience, there is a washing machine in the basement, a ski and bicycle storage room, and a private parking space directly at the house. Wi-Fi, a smart TV and a stereo system complete the amenities.
