The heart of the apartment is the open-plan living and dining area. A real wood-panelled wall creates a warm atmosphere. The cosy dining table seats 4 people, and the large panoramic window offers a fantastic view of the Berchtesgaden mountains. The living area also has a pull-out sofa bed and a smart TV.

Kitchen with cooking island
The modern kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, coffee machines (filter & Senseo), kettle, toaster and much more. The cooking island is perfect for cooking together.

Bedroom & bathroom
The bedroom has a comfortable box-spring bed (180x200 cm) and a wardrobe. The open-plan bathroom with floor-level shower is directly adjacent. A separate toilet also offers a washing machine, iron and ironing board.

Outdoor area & location
Your terrace with dining area and mountain views of Hohen Göll, Brett and Jenner will quickly become your favourite place. Private parking and a chargeable e-charging station are available.

Please note: The flat is located on a local road – passing cars can be heard when the windows are open or when sitting on the terrace.
