Welcome to "Panoramic Apartment" in Padenghe Sul Garda, a 45 m² space accommodating up to 4 guests. The apartment features a bedroom with a double bed, a sofa bed in the living area, and a bathroom. The private kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, microwave, fridge, and all essential utensils. For your comfort, you’ll find air conditioning, heating, Wi-Fi, a smart TV with video on demand, a washing machine, and a hairdryer.



Outside, enjoy a private garden and a balcony with direct views of Lake Garda. Large windows fill the living area with natural light. On arrival, you’ll have access to a spacious private parking spot and a pedestrian path leading through the garden to the main entrance staircase.



Pets are not allowed, and smoking is not permitted indoors, but you may smoke in the garden using the provided ashtrays. Events are not allowed on the property. Quiet hours after 11:00 pm must be observed in accordance with local regulations. Laundry may not be hung on the terrace, and waste separation is mandatory.



Padenghe offers a strategic location on the Brescia side of Lake Garda, perfect for exploring iconic villages like Limone, Tremosine, and Gargnano, visiting lemon groves, and enjoying windsurfing. The location provides easy access to Desenzano, highways, and train connections to art cities such as Verona, Venice, Mantua, and Milan.
