The holiday apartment, measuring about 60 sqm, is located on the ground floor and offers space for up to three people. You have direct access to the terrace with seating area as well as to the garden with access to the Lauter river. The apartment features a separate bedroom with a single bed and its own bathroom with toilet. In the living kitchen, there is a sofa and a dining area where you can relax comfortably. The fitted kitchen is equipped with an oven, 4-burner stove, refrigerator, dishwasher and dishes. The bathroom has a shower and a toilet. The apartment is equipped with underfloor heating.
