Located at the Ferme de Pralognan, directly opposite the ESF, our apartment offers ski-in/ski-out or easy access on foot. This charming 50 m² apartment in Pralognan-la-Vanoise welcomes up to 6 guests with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The main bedroom features a double bed and a private bathroom. The second bedroom has a mezzanine double bed and another double bed. Enjoy a fully equipped open kitchen: large oven, spacious fridge with 3-drawer freezer, dishwasher, ceramic hob, microwave, and washing machine. Amenities include Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV with DVD player, hi-fi system with iPod dock, mountain view, and a baby cot. Traditional Savoyard decor creates a warm, authentic atmosphere.



The apartment is on the first floor of a traditional chalet. Relax on your 12 m² private balcony with views of the mountains and the Doron, and access the shared garden around the chalet. There is a ski room in the basement and private parking in the garage. Events are not permitted.



You benefit from an exceptional location facing the mountains, just 150 meters from the ski lifts with ski-in/ski-out access. The ski school, sledding area, and snow garden are right in front of the chalet. In summer, hiking trails in the Vanoise National Park start nearby. The Olympic ice rink, swimming pool, bowling, spa, and massages are all within a 5-minute walk. Shops are just 50 meters away—everything is within walking distance.



You will be welcomed on site for check-in and inventory. Final cleaning is mandatory on arrival and a refundable deposit is required.
