Welcome to Villa Miramar, your Mediterranean retreat with sea views and a private pool in Rincón de la Victoria. This bright 150 m² villa accommodates up to 9 guests, ideal for families and friends seeking comfort, privacy, and coastal charm just 15 minutes’ walk from the beach.



The villa features four well-appointed bedrooms with comfortable beds and two full bathrooms. The private kitchen is fully equipped with oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, and all utensils needed for delicious meals. Amenities include air conditioning in every room, fireplace, Wi-Fi, Smart TV, washing machine, cot, and high chair for families with young children.



Enjoy the private pool, open year-round, surrounded by sun loungers for relaxing under the Andalusian sun. The uncovered private terrace and balcony with sea views are perfect for breakfast or sunset dinners, while the barbecue and outdoor dining area invite you to dine al fresco. An outdoor shower and laundry area with washing machine add convenience for longer stays. For entertainment, there’s a games room with Smart TV and a convertible table for billiards, air hockey, and ping-pong.

The villa’s Mediterranean multi-level design includes interior and exterior stairs, as well as at the entrance, making it unsuitable for guests with reduced mobility or elderly guests. The beach is a 15-minute walk, supermarket 5 minutes by car, Málaga city center 25 minutes, airport 30 minutes, and golf course 7 minutes away. Enjoy sailing, paddle surfing, cycling, and golf. Car rental is available for guests for an extra fee.
