The apartment is located on the edge of town, directly on the Ruhr Valley Cycle Path, on a working cattle farm.

Two shared parking spaces are available on the property, and public transport is easily accessible. A ski storage room is provided for your winter sports equipment. Smoking, pets, and events are not permitted on the property.
