Located in Île-d'Aix, this fully renovated 100 sqm vacation home welcomes up to 8 guests in the heart of the village. You will find 3 bedrooms with 135x190 beds plus a convertible sofa in the living room, along with 2 bathrooms including one shower room with independent toilet and another in the garden bedroom. The fully equipped private kitchen features a 3-burner ceramic hob with hood, oven, refrigerator with 3-drawer freezer, coffee maker, toaster, Senseo coffee machine, kettle, microwave, dishwasher, and tableware for 6 to 8 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, TV with digital channels, washing machine, dryer, baby bed, and highchair.



Step outside to your private enclosed garden and covered terrace, a rare feature in the village. You can also enjoy outdoor cooking with the gas plancha.



Pets are welcome, but events are not permitted. The house must be left clean or a cleaning fee will be applied. Please note this is a car-free island, adding to its peaceful atmosphere.



Your vacation home sits in the village center, just 100 meters from the supervised beach and 300 meters from the main beach area. Check-in begins at 5 pm and check-out is at 10 am.
