Enjoy swimming a few laps and children are sure to have fun here! Make yourself cosy on one of the comfortable loungers by the pool to warm up for a while or keep an unobtrusive but watchful eye on the little ones. If you prefer to avoid the blazing sun, take a seat under one of the imposing and venerable olive trees, which are elegantly surrounded by the natural stone terrace. You can also find refreshing shade under the covered terrace with its gorgeous rustic wooden beams, relax on the softly upholstered outdoor sofas or sit down at the large dining table and enjoy a tasty snack. If you fancy a bit of action, play a quick game of table tennis - the table is of course also covered and in the shade.

Your holiday home is not only in excellent condition, it also radiates a soothing clarity. In just a few simple steps, you can bring the food prepared in the modern kitchen with its small counter directly to the large dining table, which also makes it much easier to clear away the unloved dishes afterwards. Of course, you can also conjure up a snack for a cosy evening watching TV on the couch, unless you prefer to gaze into the crackling fire in the fireplace. If you are tired after a long day in the pool or a trip around the island, simply retire to one of the three bedrooms, all of which are located on the ground floor. Here, too, everything is discreetly decorated and the wooden beds are real centrepieces. The bedrooms have small bedside tables with beautiful lamps, mirrors and a built-in wardrobe - your enchanting bedroom for sweet holiday dreams. The bathrooms are also equipped with everything your heart desires: bright, clean, pleasant lighting and a bathtub or walk-in shower.



Your villa is located in the rural west of Mallorca, surrounded by green fields and olive and almond trees: perfect for long walks or bike rides in the countryside. A supermarket, bank and pharmacy can be found just 4 km away in the authentic Mallorcan village of Ariany. The historic town of Sineu with its numerous shops and restaurants is also worth a 7.6 km drive. Here you can take a relaxed stroll through the narrow streets of the old town, admire the impressive architecture of the numerous old manor houses and the parish church or enjoy a drink and the atmosphere in one of the pretty cafés in the Plaza des Fossar. The weekly market in Sineu is particularly popular; fresh food, livestock, clothing and traditional handicrafts are on offer. For a day at the beach, simply drive the 19.6 km to Can Picafort, for example, where the fine sandy beach Playa de Can Picafort awaits you with a fantastic holiday beach, a promenade and good infrastructure.
