Located in Agde, this 35 m² ground-floor apartment can accommodate up to 4 people with one bedroom and a living room. You have a bathroom, a private TV, a washing machine, a private barbecue, and a baby bed for your comfort.



Enjoy a private garden with a large, secluded terrace. The shared outdoor pool is open from April to October, and you have access to a communal playground in the secure residence. Three tennis courts are available with a badge, as well as a pétanque court and a solarium.



Shared parking is available on site. Pets are allowed during your stay. Please note that events are not permitted on the property.



The apartment is ideally located between the Cap d’Agde port and Mail de Rochelongue. The beach is only 400 meters away and can be reached in 5 minutes on foot through a private gate leading directly to Baie des Anges and the pedestrian promenade to Richelieu beach. All shops and amenities are within walking distance, perfect for a car-free holiday. A water park is just opposite the property and is open from July to August, from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
