Casa Isabel is a tastefully furnished holiday home of about 80 m² for up to 4 people, welcoming you in El Verger. The recently modernized terraced house offers a spacious living and dining area with an adjoining kitchen, a storage room, one bedroom, and a bathroom on the ground floor. The second bedroom with Smart TV and private bathroom is located upstairs. Both bathrooms are equipped with a shower, washbasin, and toilet. All living and sleeping rooms have modern air conditioning for cooling and heating. Bed linen and towels are included in the rental price. The open, fully equipped kitchen features a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge-freezer, induction hob, electric oven, coffee machines, toaster, and other accessories. In the living room, you have a Smart TV and a desk at your disposal. The Smart TVs receive German and Spanish channels. All windows are fitted with insect screens and shutters. Electricity and Wi-Fi are included in the price. Enjoy the private terraces on both levels with garden furniture and a barbecue. The west terrace offers a view of the Sierra de Segaria and beautiful sunsets. The large communal pool (approx. 14 x 8 m) is in a secured area at the end of the complex and invites you to relax. A parking space is available directly at the house, with further parking on the street. Events on the property are not permitted. Security cameras are present but deactivated during your stay. The house is in a quiet residential area, only about 680 meters from the sea and beach. Supermarkets, bars, and restaurants can be reached within minutes. The town of Denia with a modern marina and cultural attractions is only a few kilometers away. Several golf courses are nearby.
