It is fully equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, Nespresso espresso machine, and coffee maker, as well as all necessary kitchen utensils, crockery, and cutlery. The light-filled living area invites you to relax with a cozy sofa, armchair, and fireplace, especially on cooler days. The underfloor heating ensures pleasant temperatures all year round.
