The 35 m² studio apartment welcomes you at the foot of the Spessart Forest in Linsengericht and accommodates up to 3 guests. You stay in a quiet environment, surrounded by a green oasis with plants, flowers, shrubs, and trees. The apartment offers 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom, as well as private Wi-Fi and a TV. The accommodation is on the ground floor right next to the parking area—no stairs required. Nature lovers will enjoy birdwatching or listening to the gentle babbling of a small stream.



In front of the apartment, you have your own wooden bench with a table. The privately used, uncovered terrace offers additional space to enjoy the idyllic tranquility.



There are communal parking spaces at the house, and a shuttle service to the train station is offered. Occasionally, two cats live on the property—one shy and one friendly—but you can simply ignore them. Events are not allowed; mutual respect and observance of quiet hours are required.



Despite the peaceful location, you benefit from excellent infrastructure: motorway and train are reachable in 8 to 10 minutes. Shops, restaurants, and sights are nearby. In Gelnhausen, you can discover historical highlights such as Emperor Barbarossa’s Imperial Palace and themed city tours. Hikers will find numerous trails in the Spessart, and a golf course for all levels is available.
