The warm color scheme and natural wood furniture create a cozy atmosphere. The fully equipped kitchen includes a microwave, dishwasher, as well as complete cooking and dining utensils. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, TV with DVD player, radio/CD player, washing machine, dryer, and electric shutters throughout the house. One bathroom features a massage shower for 2 people, which can also be used as a whirlpool. For families, there is a baby cot, high chair, and a large selection of games and books. Please inform us in advance if a child under 3 years is arriving. Bed linen and towels are included.



In your private garden with lawn and large terrace with teak furniture, you can relax or enjoy barbecuing in the evening with your own grill. Two private balconies upstairs offer beautiful sea views of the Breeger Bodden and the harbor. In the winter months, you can enjoy cozy evenings by the fireplace in the living room.



Parking includes a shared garage space and two additional parking spaces at the house. Pets are welcome, ideal for dog owners. Events are not permitted on the property.



A 2-minute walk takes you to Breege Harbor with restaurant, snack bar, and boat connections to Ralswiek for the Störtebeker Festival or to the island of Hiddensee. In autumn, crane watching tours start from Breege. Anglers can catch pike at the harbor pontoon. The impressive Juliusruh Beach on the Schaabe, the island's longest and most beautiful sandy beach with a dog beach, is a 20-minute walk away.
