In this cozy house with its welcoming atmosphere, your hosts Mirjana & Manfred Stremme have lovingly and meticulously created three high-quality 4-star apartments with a romantic ambiance, stylish accessories, and modern amenities, where nothing is lacking.
The terraced mountain garden behind the house is unique and beautiful, featuring several seating areas, a garden shed, and a barbecue.
In just a few minutes' walk, you'll find the town center with its many shops, pubs, and restaurants—as well as the magnificent Upland countryside with its diverse landscapes. At the upper end of the garden, you can access the forest and the hiking trail on the Orenberg.

The garden is available to guests during the warmer months from April to the end of October – except for the gazebo. Guests/smokers can use the gazebo year-round.
ATTENTION – Important information for clubs!!! As a precaution, we would like to point out that, with regard to Willingen's party tourism, we value a civilized atmosphere. Guests are not welcome or tolerate excessive socializing – such as parties, loud music, or other boisterous celebrations – on the terrace, balcony, or inside the house. If you enjoy yourself at the local restaurants, but behave appropriately and respectfully within the house, you are welcome guests. We ask you to objectively assess whether you would be a good fit for our establishment. Please also be sure to read section 12 of our Terms and Conditions. We do not rent to parties, stag/hen parties, "social" sports clubs, or groups of people under 30.

ATTENTION! The following year (after the Christmas holidays) can only be booked from July of the current year - no dates will be offered to you before then.



Additional price information:

All basic prices are for 2 people and include bed linen (beds made), towels and final cleaning. Our daily prices above mentioned are calculated for a stay of 4 nights!


Please note the following important information:

1. When making inquiries and bookings, please avoid arrivals and departures on Saturdays whenever possible, as we do not want to disrupt busy weekends. Instead of Saturday, please arrive on Friday or Sunday if possible.
For arrivals/departures on Saturdays, we charge a surcharge of €60, which is not shown in the price calculator!

2. We cannot offer discounts for Sunday-to-Sunday bookings, as cleaning staff receive a 100% wage supplement for working on Sundays and public holidays, as stipulated by collective agreement. This means that for Sunday-to-Sunday bookings, we always charge the base price per night specified for the respective season x7, even if a discount is calculated in the price calculator.

Further exceptions for arrivals/departures:
Ski Jumping (FIS World-Cup): Arrival only possible on Thursday/Friday (no arrivals on Saturday)
Carnival: Arrival only on Thursday/Friday Possible (not Saturday, Sunday, or Carnival Monday)
Easter: Arrival only until Maundy Thursday (arrival on Good Friday only possible with a minimum booking of 9 nights)
Easter: No arrival possible on Easter Saturday or Easter Sunday
Easter: No departure possible on Good Friday, Easter Saturday, or Easter Sunday
Pentecost: Arrival Thursday/Friday (arrival on Pentecost Saturday only possible with a minimum booking of 8 nights)
Pentecost: No arrival/departure possible on Pentecost Sunday!
Christmas Holidays: No departure possible on December 24, 25, 26, 31, or New Year's Day

You will receive the binding total price from us via email with your inquiry or booking. Upon booking, you can withdraw from the contract after receiving the reservation confirmation, provided you do not agree to the final price.

In addition to all prices, a tourist tax of currently €3 per person/night for guests aged 15 and over (as of 2024) will be charged.

Security Deposit:
A general security deposit of €200 is required for this property.
The security deposit is payable along with the final payment no later than 14 days before arrival and will be refunded to you within seven to ten business days after departure.


Terms of payment:
- 20% deposit within one week of receiving the booking confirmation.
- Remaining payment up to 14 days before arrival
- For short-term bookings <21 days in advance, everything must be transferred immediately within 24 hours of receiving the booking confirmation.
- Cash payment on site is not possible!
