Our cozy holiday apartments are located directly on Lake Königssee, the gateway to Berchtesgaden National Park. Nestled in the Berchtesgaden Alps, our lovingly furnished apartment offers the perfect starting point for an unforgettable holiday.



The 55 m² apartment is suitable for up to two guests and features one bedroom, one bathroom, and a living room. You have access to a private, fully equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi (suitable for video conferences), satellite TV, and convenient self-check-in. The apartment offers step-free access as well as impressive views of the mountains and the lake.



From your private, covered south-facing terrace, you enjoy a direct view of Lake Königssee and can relax in the shared garden with barbecue area. The accommodation is located right by the water, allowing quick access to the lake.



Shared parking spaces are available, and public transport is easily accessible. Pets are welcome during your stay. A shared bike room is at your disposal. Please note that events are not permitted on the property.
