Our cozy holiday apartments are located directly at Lake Königssee, the gateway to Berchtesgaden National Park. Nestled in the Berchtesgaden Alps, our lovingly furnished apartment offers the perfect starting point for an unforgettable holiday.



The 55 m² apartment accommodates up to 3 guests and features 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and 1 living room. You have access to a private, fully equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi (suitable for video conferences), TV, and convenient self-check-in. From your covered, private south-facing balcony, you enjoy a wonderful view of the mountains and the lake – with a direct view of Lake Königssee.



In the shared garden, you can use the barbecue for outdoor meals. The accommodation is close to the beach, allowing you quick access to the water.



Communal parking spaces are available at the house, and public transport is easily accessible. There is a shared bicycle storage room that you are welcome to use. Please note that events on the property are not permitted.



Numerous cycling and hiking trails start right outside your door. Shops and restaurants can be found nearby. In winter, ski slopes and cross-country trails are quickly accessible. Highlights of the area include Jenner, Lake Königssee, Berchtesgaden, the historic salt mine, Salzburg, the picturesque Hintersee, and the impressive Watzmann. The location offers direct access to Lake Königssee with breathtaking lake views – ideal for exploring the nature and sights of the Berchtesgaden region.
