The step-free interior is equipped with Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, TV, washing machine, and a dedicated workspace. For families, there is a cot, high chair, and shared toys and books for children, ensuring a comfortable stay.



You can step out to the interior patio or the balcony, both ideal places to relax during your visit.



Street parking is available on a shared basis. Public transport options are excellent, with tram, bus stops, and taxis just a few minutes’ walk away. Events are not allowed on the property.



You will be perfectly located just 2 minutes on foot from the Plaza Weyler tram stop and the lively pedestrian street Calle Castillo. The Mercadona supermarket is only 3 minutes away on foot, and you will find restaurants, fruit shops, and all essential services right outside the building. The central location offers exceptional connectivity, allowing you to move comfortably around Santa Cruz with the tram and various transport options at your disposal.
