The residence is partially accessible on foot and by ski, with possible ski-in access depending on snow conditions. A shuttle stop is right in front of the building, making it easy to reach the whole resort or return if you miss the last lift or arrive by bus. The building is away from nightclubs and bars, ensuring a peaceful environment.



The rental includes a private covered parking space in the residence’s garage, close to the elevator. A ski locker is available on the ground floor.



Shops are just 50 meters away and easily reached on foot. There is also a foosball table and a shared relaxation room with a library on the ground floor.
