Step out onto the spacious uncovered terrace of over 100 square meters and enjoy the private outdoor pool (2.5 x 5 meters, maximum depth 1.3 meters). This outdoor space offers mountain views, making it ideal for relaxing and dining al fresco. The terrace is furnished with sun loungers, a dining table, and a chill-out area with sofas. Additionally, the apartment has an interior patio measuring 3 x 3 meters.

The location is ideal, with all services available on the same street and the beach just 200 meters away. During your stay, you can explore the historic center, beaches, and restaurants on foot, without the need for a vehicle or public transport. The street has regular traffic and no parking, but public parking is available for an extra fee 50 meters from the property.
