You have access to a private, well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, private Wi-Fi, TV, and convenient self check-in. A baby cot will gladly be provided for you upon request. For bicycles or skis, there is a lockable, dry storage room.

Parking is available both on the street and on the property. Pets are allowed upon prior arrangement with the hosts. Events are not permitted. Smoking is strictly prohibited in the accommodation.

The Badkap leisure pool is just a 5-minute drive away. The surroundings of the Swabian Alb offer numerous premium hiking trails and excellent mountain bike routes. The picturesque Danube Valley is also nearby. Local activities include hiking, cycling, swimming, climbing, and bouldering. The hosts live on site, but not in your accommodation.
