Charming house recently renovated, offering all modern comforts, located in the Albères estate, a Catalan village renowned for its Micocoulier production. The environment is peaceful and offers a beautiful view of nature.



An extra mattress can be added upon request to accommodate children under 10 years old.



The private pool of the estate is open from mid-June to mid-September, according to current regulations. A tennis court is also available.



Bed linen and towels are not included in the rental price but can be provided on site for an additional fee.



The house can accommodate 4 to 5 people, with 2 bedrooms, air conditioning, WiFi, television, a 36 m² enclosed terrace, and a private parking space.



You are close to all amenities: restaurants, pizzeria, bakery, butcher, greengrocer, as well as the Turtle Valley, a must-see visit.



Argelès-sur-Mer is 6 km away, the beach 9 km, and Le Racou, with its beautiful beach and hiking trails, is 12 km away. Le Perthus is 25 km, Collioure 15 km, and the wine route invites you to discover, always with moderation.



The semi-detached house is spread over two levels. Upstairs, a bedroom offers two 90 cm beds or a king-size bed thanks to a modular system, as well as a folding mattress for a child, wardrobe, shelves, duvets and blankets, new bedding with protection. The ground floor bedroom has a 140 cm bed, new mattress, duvet, blanket, storage, and coat rack.



The fully equipped kitchen includes an oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, and filter coffee maker.
