The holiday apartment is located on the ground floor of a two-family house in a quiet, preferred residential area in Kassel and is accessible via two steps at the entrance. The bedroom is separated from the living room by sliding doors. The partially covered terrace is accessible via two steps and offers a direct view of the Bergpark Wilhelmshöhe with Kassel's landmark, the Hercules monument. The bathroom is designed to be barrier-free. The kitchen is fully equipped and features a gas stove as well as a dishwasher. In the dining room, four to six people can sit at the table. The city center can be reached on weekdays by tram every 15 minutes in about fifteen minutes without changing lines. Two stops of tram line 8 are only a few minutes' walk from the apartment. You can park a car for free on the street in front of the house.
