In addition, the apartment has panels on the walls with integrated and indirect lighting for the nights, which invite you to relax in a pleasant atmosphere. A long bench overlooking the harbor gives the room a cozy spaciousness and freedom. Additional entertainment is provided by the Telekom Home Entertainment program on the 65-inch flat-screen TV in the living room, which invites you to enjoy cozy movie nights. The generously equipped open kitchen leaves nothing to be desired. Here you can conjure up delicious holiday meals. The balcony with its fantastic view of the water is perfect for barbecues. The bathroom has a large walk-in shower and a washing machine. The stylishly furnished bedroom, equipped with a cozy double bed (180x200cm), a 43-inch TV, and a comfortable desk, promises restful nights during your vacation. There is a private parking space behind the house. The residential and commercial building was built in Scandinavian style. The apartments can be accessed from the outside via the pergolas or alternatively via the elevator. This is a vacation apartment on the first floor. The new harbor promenade is located below the vacation apartment and invites you to take a stroll. The Ciao Bella restaurant, located below the apartment, is particularly worth mentioning, as it adds a Mediterranean flair to the balcony.
